Sam Kingston

CEO

Sam Kingston is an international leader known for shaping and transforming technology businesses. His hands-on operational style and focus on talent development have helped manage enterprises with profit and loss ranges of $0.1B to $1.5B. As CEO of Zenitech, a software development and consulting firm, he oversees innovations in AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing. Previously, Sam led a successful business turnaround sold for £260m to Cognizant. He started as a Research Scientist, publishing several papers and patents, and has held senior roles at Perot Systems (DELL), SAIC (Leidos), Oracle, and more globally. He holds advanced degrees in Polymer Science and is a visiting professor at the Metropolitan College of New York.

Christopher Lacy-Hulbert

Founder

Christopher’s background is technology. Before founding Zenitech, he was Director of Engineering at Yahoo! and Head of Sports Technology at Betfair. At Yahoo!, he led the teams that built mobile products such as Yahoo! Fantasy Sports, Yahoo! Finance and Yahoo! Video, as well as the native/mobile elements of Yahoo!’s global advertising network. At Betfair, he led international teams across three territories, and was responsible for the technology group which generated annual revenues in excess of £200m. Ed has significant international experience in technology development, consulting and execution, having worked with public companies, pioneering start ups and international businesses. He has direct client-side experience of building innovative technology from his time as Betfair’s Senior Commercial and Technology Outsourcing Head, and before founding Zenitech, he was a Business Head and Associate Director at Capgemini, leading the media, entertainment, leisure and telecoms divisions. Matt Long

Chief Financial Officer

Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years’ board-level experience as a Finance Director, Commercial Director and Chief Financial Officer, in both SME and plc environments. Matt trained with PwC and has spent most of his post-qualification career working within marketing and communications businesses, where people are the most important asset. He therefore has a deep understanding of how people-based businesses work, and the importance of strong relationships and communication in driving financial success. Matt is currently Chairman of a local junior football league, and has previously been a school governor and winner of the Brightside Trust Industry Mentor of the Year. LinkedIn Logo Icon

Laimonas Krivickas

Chief Delivery Officer

Laimonas is a director at Zenitech, heading up the Lithuania team in Vilnius. He came to Zenitech after 10 years at IBM, managing complex IT projects – something he knew he wanted to do from when he was at University. Today, he is responsible for the fast-growing Lithuania hub, leading and developing Zenitech’s team of developers and responsible for client delivery. He is driven by a passion to inspire others in the way he was inspired by leaders early in his career, building a culture based on respect and continuous growth, that is open and encourages people to challenge and innovate. When Ruxandra was in the second grade at school, she went to a computer club and became totally mesmerized. And so her passion for technology began! Roll on a couple of years and she was fascinated by computer games that were loaded from a cassette that made strange noises. Fast forward 30 years and she has worked in a range of roles across engineering and management, and is driven by curiosity and the need to understand and learn every day. Outside of work she is a book hoarder despite her dust allergy, and an avid swimmer with a penchant for buying new swim gear and accessories. LinkedIn Logo Icon
