In Zenitech, we recognise the importance of protecting your personal information. We’re committed to processing it responsibly and in line with GDPR no. 679/2016 and all other applicable laws. We do our best to make sure that you own your personal information, at any given time, and that you control how, for what purpose, and for how long we can use the information you share with us. This privacy statement is effective as of January 6, 2020. We will update it regularly to reflect any changes in the way we handle your personal data or any changes in applicable laws.

Providing you with career opportunities

We collect, store and process the minimum amount of information needed to provide you with the exciting career opportunities that will help you move people, technologies, and businesses forward.

As part of our recruiting process, we may ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, work history and references. We use this information to assess if our open role supports your career path.

In order to manage our working relationship with you, we will ask you for personal information, such as a copy of your ID and qualifications, contact details, and any other information required by applicable laws in order to enter a working contract with you.

Connecting with you through marketing actions

As a valued member of the Zenitech community, we make sure that every communication we send is valuable to you.

We combine the personal information we collect from you when you sign up for our newsletters or other communication channels, with information from various other channels to produce analysis and business intelligence that helps us provide you with a better service and user experience.

We primarily communicate with you through email but may also use channels like LinkedIn, Facebook Messenger, Instagram to reach out to you directly.

Responding to your request for information or support

When you contact us with a request for information or support, we collect the personal information required to complete your request. We may also retain this information for both administrative and legal purposes, as well as to protect our rights as they relate to any contract or working relationship, we might have with you.

Contacting our partners’ employees

As we build long-term partnerships with our clients, we may also collect the personal information of the employees that we engage with. We might collect information such as name, business email address, company, role and any other information necessary to deliver on our agreements.

How and for how long we store information

We retain personal information only for the purposes we outlined and do not store it any longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed.

After the indicated period expires, your personal data will be permanently deleted.We are committed to protecting your personal information through effective technical and organisational measures that ensure its security and accuracy. We may process, compile and analyse the personal information you provide us both manually and using specialised software.

How and with whom we share information

We only share your information on a need-to-know basis, including our authorised employees or representatives and of the entities empowered by us, contractual partners. and do not transfer your data outside the EU.

In certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure to government agencies as part of judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes. We may also share your personal information to protect our rights or property, business partners, suppliers or clients, and others when we have reasonable grounds to believe that such rights or property have been or could be affected.
