The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven Scrum experience. The ideal candidate will confidently lead at least two concurrent workstreams, drive delivery with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is perfect for someone who combines structure with flexibility—and doesn’t shy away from complexity.

What you will do

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of 2+ workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
    • Act as Scrum Master or work closely with Scrum teams to run sprints, ceremonies, and backlog refinement.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and keep all parties informed.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, burn-down charts, and resource utilization.
    • Recommend and implement delivery process improvements and tooling enhancements.
    • Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture across technical and non-technical members.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in IT consulting or software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Solid technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree or prior experience as developer, tester, or analyst)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments—thrives on ambiguity and adapts quickly.
