The Role

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital products.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure that products meet business goals and deliver value to users.

What you will do

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined product backlog.
  • Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and manage priorities.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with engineering and design teams.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
  • Validate deliverables against requirements and ensure the product meets quality and performance standards.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for iteration and enhancement, driving continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner;
  • You demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements;
  • You have good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
  • Strong experience with the backlog and roadmap tools (for eg,Atlassian suite – Jira, Confluence), diagramming, wireframing and prototyping tools (Miro, Figma, Balsamiq);
  • Strong Requirements Management knowledge: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, Change management
  • Stakeholder Communication: Status Updates, Product Demos, Executive Reporting
  • Prioritization Techniques: MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications (nice to have);
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and other processes such as CI/CD and Release Management.
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
