About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in the tech sector to join our team. As a Lead Generation Executive, your role will primarily be to secure new business and growth in line with strategic aims and targets. You will assist in lead generation, understanding client needs, formulating propositions, and collating business information in response to client requests. A strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to a wide variety of clients, and a resilient mindset are key to the role.
What you will do
- Contact prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, and email
- Follow up on outreach and email campaign
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and effective lead conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Conduct research to identify new prospects – to consistently enrich our data set;
- Use various marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and cold calling to generate leads
- Book client meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are being properly followed up and closed
- Pass on all credible information to the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and results in the company’s CRM system
- Work with the Data Manager to keep CRM up to date and support on data mining
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to stay competitive and adapt lead-generation strategies accordingly
- Administration associated with lead generation
- Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Skills and qualities we appreciate
- You are a confident, tenacious, and driven individual with a can-do attitude who works well under pressure
- You have a proven lead generation background, preferably in the tech services industry
- You have a demonstrable ability to work autonomously and structure your week to ensure projects are delivered on time while managing your day-to-day tasks
- You have excellent communication and listening skills
- You have solid computer literacy, preferably with some knowledge of Zoho CRM, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn
- You are willing to learn and want to be part of a community that encourages everyone to be the best they can be
Our target base compensation for this position is up to 30.000 GBP/ annum depending on experience.
