The Role
Zenitech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Administrator to join its IT Support Team. You will be part of a distributed, multicultural team supporting Zenitech’s operations across multiple locations.
This mid-level technical role involves system administration, IT support, and help desk activities, ensuring smooth IT operations across different office setups and remote environments. You will support both Windows and Mac users, manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across all company locations.
What you will do
- Company-Wide IT Support: Provide IT support and administration across all Zenitech locations, accommodating diverse setups, including Windows and Mac environments and Microsoft and Google ecosystems.
- End-User Support: Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This includes remote support and desk-side assistance.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain M365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, etc.), including user account management, access control, and application configuration.
- Windows and MacOS User Support: Deliver technical assistance through phone, remote support, and internal ticketing systems.
- Windows Infrastructure Management: Develop, maintain, and optimise Windows-based environments.
- Windows Server Administration: Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation, as well as install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
- Cloud Services Administration: Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, ensuring smooth collaboration across different teams. Administer and support cloud resources on platforms such as Azure or AWS (both are preferred), including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, fault reporting, and troubleshooting for hardware and software components.
- Security & Compliance: Manage IT security incidents, ensure compliance with security policies, and keep antivirus solutions updated.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets across all locations.
- Active Directory & Endpoint Management: Administer Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and user access controls.
- Software Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and troubleshoot business-critical applications.
- Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and optimize IT workflows.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the international IT Operations team, maintaining clear documentation in English.
Requirements

Education or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
or
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration
Technical Skills:
- Experience administering M365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian environments.
- SCCM/Intune for device and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud-based solutions).
- Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac users.
- PowerShell scripting for automation and efficiency.
Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet internal user needs.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
