The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to help our client drive the successful and timely delivery of products and services. You will be contributing to an integrated platform designed to optimize and secure business meetings and governance.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring efficient collaboration across teams, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring seamless execution of programs. Your ability to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and optimize processes will be essential in delivering high-quality outcomes.

What you will do

– Navigate between Program Management, Project Management and Scrum Master duties as needed.

– Oversee T&M and Fixed-Price projects.

– Lead and inspire three agile teams (±9 members/team), fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve business goals.

– Proactively communicate with stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

– Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps and quarterly planning, implementing best practices and standardized processes across products and portfolios to drive consistency and excellence.

– Identify and manage complex dependencies among products, teams, business units, proactively addressing potential risks and changes, and developing effective mitigation strategies.

– Work closely with diverse teams in a dynamic environment to deliver enhancements, upgrades, system implementations, and resolve production issues.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, including fixed-price projects and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and prior experience in software engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proven ability to navigate and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills to achieve successful outcomes, align with organizational goals, and overcome complex challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Airtable, LucidChart, and/or Miro.
  • Project Management and Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
  • Work closely with diverse teams in a dynamic environment to deliver enhancements, upgrades, system implementations, and resolve production issues.
