The Role

Our client is a well-established international company and a leader in modern governance. It provides a diverse suite of SaaS solutions to meet evolving customer needs. While continuing to innovate and expand their offerings, they are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves contributing to an integrated platform that provides tools to streamline and secure business meetings and governance.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product’s roadmap and drive the solution in the right direction. You will engage directly with customers and key representatives to gather insights, identify market needs, and leverage data to inform product development. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you align vision and strategy across various teams.

What you will do

  • Drive vision and strategy for key domains within the product suite.
  • Define and prioritise the roadmap based on customer and business needs.
  • Engage with customers to validate new capabilities.
  • Manage initiatives, epics, and OKRs, ensuring clear requirements for development.
  • Support backlog management and design refinement as needed.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, UX, marketing, and sales to drive success.
  • Apply domain expertise to solve complex challenges.
  • Track product performance, user engagement, and impact.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of agile development and and lean requirements gathering.
  • Skilled in story mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer-centric and data-driven approach to product strategy.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Proficient in Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), diagramming (Lucidchart), and design tools (Figma).
  • Comfortable working across diverse geographies and time zones as a part of larger Platform eco-system.
