About the role
Currently, we are on the lookout for a Junior/Mid-level Javascript Software Engineer who will join our team in excelling current and potential projects.
What you will do:
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers
- Help improve the overall user experience, making sure our solutions meet the business requirements
- Be a part of a self-contained Agile team, working closely with other internal stakeholders, including other Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners
- Participate in scrum meetings and code reviews
- Provide knowledge and suggestions for the best suitable solutions to various problems
Skills and qualities we appreciate
- Experience with React and Redux (Node.js, Material UI, Express, REST microservices are an advantage)
- Ability to work with distributed version control systems (Git, BitBucket)
- Do-er attitude, eagerness to provide better solutions
- Proactiveness in the delivery process heading shoulder-to-shoulder with the architects, the tech leads, and your teammates
- Passion for technology whether it helps you solve immediate problems and keeps you sharp for tomorrow’s project or appears as a cool hobby that you can share with your colleagues
- Ability to work with databases and experience with Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS) is an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hungarian
