About the role
You will be joining Zenitech Delivery capability as a Software Engineer with mid/senior-level technical skills and experience to join our client in the Banking/Financial sector to work on new application development projects. You will join a distributed multicultural team of engineers working on high-impact projects and join. Also, in this role, we will invite a new colleague to come to the client’s office 3 times a week.
What you will do
- Design and develop iOS applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging mobile technologies
Skills and qualities we appreciate
- Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of applications developed
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality and performance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn continuously
- Additionally, native environment development and Kotlin experience would be nice have
