About the role

Our accounting team in Budapest is looking for a new person to join! This is a great opportunity for you to help us out on daily tasks, share your ideas, make improvements, participate in developing new procedures and make an impact. Who else if not you? Also, good news – our HR team is working closely with accounting, so you will also meet a warm, funny and proactive team that will have your back!

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily accounting tasks: run accounting system, participate in period-end closing procedures, handle of purchase invoices, manage customer invoices, bank payments;
• Perform debts and liabilities analysis;
• Prepare different statistical reports with your helping hand;
• Communicate closely with awesome Zenitech employees with regards to any finance queries that they might have;
• Be a part of a monthly payroll data preparation process (the period where all employees suddenly remember how friendly the accounting department is);
• Share ideas and energy as they are important in the development and enhancement of accounting and finance related processes. 

Skills and qualities we appreciate:

• Accounting knowledge and at least ~1 year of experience in the accounting field
• Education in Finance and Accounting;
• Good Hungarian and English language skills, written and verbal;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
• Any experience with some kind of financial system would be an advantage;
• An eagle-eye and attention to details will be needed to maintain an accurate financial information;
• We aim to grow and be better than we were yesterday, so a can-do attitude is highly important
