The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with solid QuickSight experience to create visually appealing dashords, an contribute in data integration and data modelling.
What you will do

Dashboard Development: Create and maintain visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports in QuickSight.

Data Integration: Connect to various data sources (Snowflake, S3, RDS, SQL Server, APIs) and manage data sets.

Business Collaboration: Work with business users and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Data Modeling & SQL: Design data models, create joins, and write SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance, queries, and data retrieval.

Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

Security & Access: Implement and manage security, including IAM and row-level security.
-
Automation: Use Python or Bash for automating tasks, potentially with AWS Lambda.

Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users.
-
Documentation: Create documentation for data models, processes, and reports.
-
Updates: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of AWS QuickSight.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven advanced experience with AWS QuickSight (SPICE, Visuals, Filters, Actions) and data visualization tools.

Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modelling and ETL concepts.

Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation

Familiarity with AWS Data services (S3, Glue, RDS), DBT, Snowflake.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
