The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team working on critical applications for managing equipment, tools, and operational data in oil and gas refineries. You will work closely with a Hungarian-speaking, Agile team in a highly collaborative environment to deliver robust and user-centric solutions.

What you will do

  • Upgrade internal applications to modern technologies, ensuring enhanced functionality, performance, and maintainability
  • Build and maintain admin applications that are essential for managing data and reporting in oil refineries, ensuring these tools meet the unique needs of a small but highly specialised user base
  • Contribute to new features, including back-end development using .NET, front-end development using Angular & Blazor and in some cases contribute to cross-platform applications built with React Native
  • Design, implement, and optimise SQL databases (Oracle & MSSQL) to support the applications’ data needs efficiently and securely
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews with a team of developers, and IT specialists to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in developing front-end and back-end solutions with Angular and .NET
  • Comprehensive knowledge of designing and managing relational databases to support complex applications
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrating Azure-based solutions with existing systems
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment
  • Exposure to or interest in React Native for mobile interface integration is a plus
  • Ability to work with older technologies like AngularJS, Delphi, and older .NET frameworks during the transition to modern systems is a plus
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English is essential for effective communication with the team and stakeholders

*As we hire permanent employees for this role, we offer remote opportunities only in Romania, Lithuania and Hungary.
