By Zenitech,
on 30th April 2026

Zenitech helped an Services company replace fragmented, developer-dependent websites with a unified headless CMS platform. The solution gave marketing teams full content control, cut hosting costs, boosted SEO rankings, and now underpins rollouts across multiple countries and brands.

Giving Marketing back control

A Services company was struggling with a fragmented web presence; multiple static sites, each a separate cost centre, requiring developer intervention for even minor content changes. Marketing teams had no control over their own content and no easy way to respond to market opportunities.

Zenitech ran in-person discovery workshops using lean product discovery, business domain mapping, and user role mapping to define the technical requirements. The recommended solution: a unified digital platform built on headless CMS architecture, modular design, and serverless technology.

The result was a modular React frontend with a visual page builder, powered by Contentful (headless CMS with multi-locale support), a serverless Next.js backend, Vercel hosting, and Tailwind CSS. Zenitech also delivered a full UX/UI redesign, SEO audit, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

The platform gave marketing teams complete content control, eliminating developer bottlenecks, while the serverless architecture cut hosting costs significantly. SEO improvements pushed the site to the top of Google’s first page, and search query time dropped from one minute to three seconds. The transformation has since become a template for other divisions, with rollout completed across multiple countries, including a full brand refresh.
