In the face of global supply chain disruptions and rising costs, consumer brands must also meet increasing demands from their customers for more sustainable, ethically sourced products. Zenitech enables companies to automate and optimise their operations, helping them to deliver exceptional experiences to their customers.

Common challenges

Sustainability and meeting consumer demand

Consumers are increasingly basing their purchasing decisions on ethical and sustainability grounds. Consumer brands must therefore alter their behaviour, and adhere to guidelines around initiatives such as the Single-Use Plastics Directive and the EU Circular Economy Action Plan. Zenitech’s customers are embracing the benefits of emerging technologies like blockchain, AI, IoT and digital product passports to bring transparency, circular product development and environmental impact measurement to consumers and supply chain partners.

European gaming and gambling operators face increasingly strict regulations, including the Digital Services Act, multiple national gambling regulations and growing obligations to prevent addiction and protect vulnerable users. Zenitech is helping companies to enhance their operational efficiency and meet their responsibilities. We use the power of AI to help companies monitor player behaviour, apply predictive analytics for responsible gaming interventions and build bespoke identity and cross-border compliance solutions.

Global disruptions and a rising trend towards nearshore production are presenting new challenges for consumer goods companies. Businesses must remain agile and technology is evolving at pace to enable this. Zenitech is helping its customers turn complexity into clarity, building resilience, flexibility and operational excellence through solutions including digital twinning, AI-powered forecasting and optimisation, robotics, 3D printing and predictive analytics and maintenance.

What we're watching & why

These sectors are investing heavily in AI-augmented development, neuro-symbolic systems, and industry cloud platforms to personalise experiences and optimise operations. This isn’t just about customer satisfaction, it’s a market differentiation challenge. Specifically in Gaming and Gambling, the power to create personalised, addictive experiences raises ethical concerns while expanding into diverse global markets requires sophisticated localisation strategies.

We’re watching this space closely because:

Creating a personalised job marketplace for increased satisfaction

Zenitech completed a secondary research engagement in partnership with Zenjob (a Germany-based digital agency that connects people with short-term work opportunities). The goal was to determine how to set the best supply and demand equilibrium in a job marketplace, in order to maximise hours worked and satisfaction for both employers and employees.

Reimagining parking: A case study in digital transformation

Car parking has transformed in the past few years. We book and pay for parking on mobile phones on a pay-as-you-go basis, using Apple pay or equivalent. Automatic number plate recognition software and handheld apps by parking inspectors have eliminated the need for physical tickets.
Explore how Zenitech drove digital transformation for a traditional parking provider, creating a dynamic, flexible, and customer-centric experience. We reimagined their user experience, integrated cutting-edge technology, and developed a unique app that reflects the brand’s values.

Transforming outdated systems for a leading computer entertainment brand

In the 1990s, a major entertainment company built a then state-of-the-art Oracle Exadata-based operating system to manage all of its sales, finance and operations data at a cost of millions each year.

By 2018, it was creaking. It was an unwieldy structure running a sprawling set of around 50 applications, many of which were out of date or unused.

An 18-month transformation project reduced costs and increased efficiency.
