The Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT sales. You will join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to influence our sales strategies and contribute to our expansion into international markets.
What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual new business targets
- Conduct in-depth trend and industry research
- Translate sales strategy into a structured prospecting plan
- Develop a prospecting strategy and identify potential target companies and stakeholders using digital tools and platforms
- Generate leads through your professional network to drive business development
- Coordinate marketing efforts effectively
- Craft targeted messages to engage identified contacts and understand their needs and interests
- Test and evaluate new lead generation tools through research
- Record, track, and manage prospects using CRM systems
- Collaborate with local Hungarian and EU clients
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with large-sized businesses and government entities
- International sales experience
- Familiarity with IT concepts and nearshoring experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong background in resource management
- Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to conduct strategy-driven, targeted research
- Reliability, confidence, and capability to easily connect with others
- Proficiency in Hungarian and advanced English language skills
