The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Hungary, Budapest, to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team with colleagues from Romania, Lithuania and Hungary.
In this role, you will collaborate with Talent, Sales, HR and Delivery teams to work on hiring strategies and form various technical teams with the most suitable talents. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and a wide network, remarkable communication and headhunting skills, as well as extensive experience in the Hungarian market understanding the main trends, suppliers, hiring and sourcing strategies, technologies or tools.
Our team is not only recruiters. We genuinely enjoy IT, so we deep dive into it. Naturally, we are also a part of the constantly changing and shifting talent market, but we like to apply structure and clarity in the best way possible.
What you will do
- Be responsible for a full recruitment cycle, from demand clarification to offer
- Develop sourcing and candidate attraction strategies based on market specifics
- Seek new and manage current relationships with a network of third-party suppliers
- Advise and showcase the best practices on market trends, tools and platforms to reach the most hidden talents
- Extensively use networking and targeted talent pools
- Work closely with Competency Center Managers and Interviewers, always be ready to support and guide them to make sure the hiring process is impeccable
- Act not only as a technical recruiter but as a partner, advising, consulting and collaborating to Talent, HR, Sales and Delivery teams
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategy, company and team goals
- Create and maintain a flawless candidate journey throughout and after the selection process
- Follow documentation and best practices to keep neat processes and fast delivery
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Full recruitment cycle management
- Strong Hungarian IT market understanding: targeted talent pools, key suppliers, market prices, terms and ways of working
- Strong business acumen, ability to analyse and interpret market trends in the IT industry to stay ahead in sourcing top talent
- Strong networking skills and ability to create new partnerships, sourcing strategies (hackathons, etc), and leverage specialised platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth understanding of hiring metrics: time to hire, time to fill, time to revenue, offer acceptance rate, etc
- Proficiency in using data analytics and literacy to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes
- Strong project management skills showcasing flexibility, prioritisation and on-time delivery to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Strong interest in AI and its use in the recruitment process
