The Role
You’ll become an integral part of Zenitech’s Delivery team, taking on the role of a System Analyst with advanced technical expertise and experience. Operating from our Budapest offices, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, distributed team of engineers dedicated to impactful projects.
Our client is a leading regional financial organisation committed to fostering market growth by integrating new technologies into daily operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a System Analyst to serve as a crucial bridge between IT capabilities and business goals. In this role, you’ll support and ensure the successful execution of analytical tasks, as well as the development, testing, and deployment of features for our Retail Lending Origination and Workflow solutions.
Also, in this role, we will invite the new colleagues to come to the client’s modern office in Budapest 3 times a week.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business experts to clarify business requirements
- Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Outline solution configuration specifications and business analysis needs
- Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining solution processes
- Help design and sustain data models for the Retail Lending solution
- Work closely with UI designers and the UX research team to ensure business rules are accurately captured
- Share key insights and findings with the engineering and development teams
- Conduct quality assurance, continuously looking for ways to enhance monitoring and resolve issues to provide better value to customers
- Identify common sources of technical challenges or inquiries and make recommendations to the product team
- Design, and if desired, build retail lending processes using BPMN 2.0
- Create user interfaces for these processes for both generated and custom screens
- Define business rules and validations through DMN files, MVEL, or other supported scripting languages
- Ensure alignment in integrations and create integration connectors visually
- Maintain compliance with the “Definition of Ready” criteria.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, including defining test criteria
- Advanced skills in creating comprehensive process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including technical writing
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of any CEE language is a plus
- Willingness to travel monthly to different countries where the client has offices;
