The Role

We are looking for two Senior Product Designers who will play a key role in redesigning two products used by charities, educational institutions, and government organisations. Both roles require a blend of technical expertise in UX/UI, collaborative skills, and a strong user-first mindset to create solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.

We focus on delivering impactful, user-focused digital solutions. Our multidisciplinary team works with global clients, combining expertise in UX/UI design, user research, accessibility and strategy to create impactful and innovative user experiences.

What you will do

  • End-to-end design ownership: Work closely with our UX Lead to own the design process from discovery and research through to ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
  • Workshops and alignment: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to prioritise features, define objectives, and ensure a shared understanding of project goals
  • Design systems integration: Apply and evolve an existing design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple products
  • Product redesign: Reimagine and enhance existing products’ workflows, interfaces, and visual identity to improve usability and modernise the overall experience
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and team collaboration skills with other designers, developers, product managers and senior stakeholders. Provide detailed design specifications, clarify requirements, and support developers during development phases
  • Problem analysis: Identify and propose actionable, user-centric data-driven design solutions
  • Accessibility: Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG standards, championing inclusivity and accessibility at every stage
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to a culture of design excellence, sharing knowledge and encouraging innovation within the team

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ownership and confidence in leading the end-to-end design process, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to champion user-centric solutions that align with business objectives
  • At least 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, including SaaS or complex enterprise systems
  • Demonstrable Figma expertise and creating/managing complex design systems, and component libraries, in Figma
  • Experience creating detailed handover documentation and collaborating with distributed Agile teams
  • Proficient in conducting user research, synthesising insights, and applying findings to inform design decisions. A bias for informed action; explore, define, execute
  • Previous experience rebranding or modernising high-complexity systems with an emphasis on scalability and consistency
  • Strong understanding of WCAG standards and a commitment to delivering inclusive designs
  • Skilled at presenting design concepts, rationale, and research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Showcasing product designs backed by a thorough and methodical design process
  • A degree in design, technology, psychology, or equivalent professional experience
  • Design excellence starts with great culture and active collaboration; Actively engage with design team initiative and vision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and presentation
  • Proven experience in designing both mobile and web applications
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is highly advantageous.

*This role requires working for a couple of days on-site in the client’s office.
