About the role
Currently, we are on the lookout for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will join one of our projects with one of the largest multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer and a major international brand.
What you will do

Design, implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Develop reusable automation for infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks

Design scalable, secure and highly available cloud solutions
-
Implement monitoring, observability and logging solutions across Azure environments
-
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and production issues
-
Collaborate with Product Manager and engineering teams in Agile ceremonies
-
Participate in ongoing operational support and backlog prioritization
-
Drive DevOps best practices and cloud engineering standards

Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

Review infrastructure code and promote engineering quality

Continuously improve platform reliability, security and deployment efficiency

Contribute to an environment where different perspectives are valued, and where open collaboration leads to better technical decisions.
Requirements
-
DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
-
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
-
Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM or similar)

Experience building CI/CD pipelines
-
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python)
-
Experience with monitoring, logging and observability within Azure
-
Experience with containers and container platforms
-
Strong understanding of cloud networking and security concepts
-
Experience working in Agile teams
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work in self-organising teams

Salary range: 3700 – 6000 EUR gross/month (Note: the specific amount will depend on your experience and competencies.)
