The Role
MA-Coding is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to act as the vital link between our business operations and IT capabilities. In this role, you will take ownership of analyzing and optimizing core processes, managing complex requirements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact technology solutions. You’ll be a key partner to our stakeholders, translating organizational objectives into clear, documented, and actionable results.
What you will do

Map, analyse, and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Evaluate current operations, highlight bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.

Gather, structure, and prioritise business requirements; define both functional and non-functional requirements.

Prepare and maintain requirements documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD), process diagrams, use cases, and user stories.

Collaborate with development teams throughout the design, development, and testing phases.

Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Provide input for test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support user acceptance testing and manage defect reporting.

Facilitate communication between business and IT, ensuring all parties are aligned.

Prepare status reports, progress updates, and lead presentations or workshops for stakeholders.

Support change management activities related to new solutions or process changes.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

Experience in business process modelling and requirements engineering.

Ability to create clear and structured documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery practices.

Experience with tools such as BPMN, UML, or similar is an advantage.
