The Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Talent Sourcer to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within Zenitech.
You will play a key part in strengthening Zenitech’s employer brand, ensuring access to diverse and high-quality talent, and supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Our team is not only recruiters. We genuinely enjoy IT, so we deep dive into it. Naturally, we are also a part of the constantly changing and shifting talent market, but we like to apply structure and clarity in the best way possible.
What you will do
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
- Use a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, networks, referrals) to identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools for critical, niche, and high-volume roles.
- Map talent markets to identify trends, availability, and competitor activity.
- Engage and pre-screen candidates to assess their skills and interest in our roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
- Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Approach passive candidates with personalised, compelling outreach aligned to Zenitech’s values and EVP (Employer Value Proposition).
- Nurture relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
- Represent Zenitech’s brand consistently in all candidate interactions.
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners:
- Work closely with TA Partners to understand role requirements, success profiles, and cultural fit.
- Provide a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Share market intelligence, availability insights, and sourcing strategy recommendations
- Data & Reporting:
- Track sourcing activity in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, response rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Use analytics to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B):
- Apply inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with TA colleagues to reduce bias in sourcing and selection.
- Promote Zenitech’s commitment to DEI&B in all outreach.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in sourcing or research within recruitment, in a technology services environment.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, CV databases, AI-powered sourcing platforms).
- Familiarity with Zenitech talent markets (Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, UK) with knowledge of additional geographies considered advantageous.
- Understanding of the technology services talent landscape (e.g., developers, architects, QA, DevOps, project managers).
- Ability to craft compelling candidate messaging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Research and analytical skills to interpret market data.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
