The Role

We are partnering with our client, a U.S.-based leader in healthcare navigation and care coordination, on a major digital experience initiative. The project focuses on enhancing their member portal – a critical tool that helps users review insurance coverage, understand eligible benefits, estimate costs, and manage healthcare information. Our goal is to resolve key issues around navigation, usability, clarity, and accessibility, reducing reliance on call centers and supporting a shift toward proactive self-service. As part of a cross-functional team of up to 10 people, you will contribute to both immediate improvements in the current platform and the foundation for a more personalized, scalable next-generation release.

What you will do

  • Test new features during development
  • Maintain and expand end-to-end (e2e) test coverage
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Collaborate closely with developers, providing support with automated tests, test data, and related tasks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA automation experience with strong TypeScript skills
  • Solid hands-on experience with Cypress for web end-to-end testing
  • Knowledge of WebDriver/WebdriverIO or Selenium for browser automation
  • Experience with Appium for mobile test automation
  • Familiarity with Percy for visual regression testing
  • Understanding of accessibility testing, including WCAG standards and NVDA screen reader
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and stable test data management
  • Comfortable working in an Agile team environment
