The Role
We are partnering with our client on a major healthcare technology initiative. The project centers on creating a conversational voice system designed to support live call interactions – listening, understanding the context, guiding callers in real time, and assessing call quality with meaningful indicators.
As Project Manager, you will work within an Agile team, coordinating efforts across development, QA, and business analysis to ensure successful delivery. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project execution, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and driving outcomes that contribute directly to an innovative AI-driven solution with real impact in the healthcare space.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams or other assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while monitoring progress and outcomes.
- Act as the main communication link between clients, Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep all parties aligned.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending process and tooling enhancements.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable culture across both technical and non-technical team members.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of project management experience, ideally in IT consulting or software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven hands-on application.
- Experience managing Fixed Price projects.
- Solid technical background.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
