  • Develop and implement our HR strategy, focusing on helping our community meet its organizational objectives.
  • Draw up and implement HR guidelines and policies, develop and monitor our performance assessment framework, supporting people’s career growth and organizational development.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Stay in touch with external providers and institutions such as HR contractors, ITM, health insurers and more.
