About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT sales. You will join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to influence our sales strategies and contribute to our expansion in both local and international markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual new business targets
  • Conduct in-depth trend and industry research
  • Translate sales strategy into a structured prospecting plan
  • Develop a prospecting strategy and identify potential target companies and stakeholders using digital tools and platforms
  • Generate leads through your professional network to drive business development
  • Coordinate marketing efforts effectively
  • Craft targeted messages to engage identified contacts and understand their needs and interests
  • Test and evaluate new lead generation tools through research
  • Record, track, and manage prospects using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with local Hungarian and EU clients

 

Skills and qualities we appreciate:

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with medium to large-sized businesses
  • International sales experience
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and nearshoring experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong background in resource management
  • Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to conduct strategy-driven, targeted research
  • Reliability, confidence, and capability to easily connect with others
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and advanced English language skills
