The Role

We seek a proactive, motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hungary, Budapest, to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team with colleagues from Romania, Lithuania and Hungary.

In this role, you will support our sales and delivery teams by finding the most suitable talent and showcasing knowledge with best practices on the market and its trends, including technologies, AI, sourcing paths and networking.

Our team is not only recruiters. we genuinely enjoy IT, so we deep dive into it. Naturally, we are also a part of the constantly changing and shifting talent market, but we like to apply structure and clarity in the best way possible. 

What you will do

  • Be responsible for a full recruitment cycle, from demand clarification to offer
  • Develop sourcing and candidate attraction strategies based on market specifics
  • Build and manage relationships with a network of third-party suppliers and recruiters
  • Work closely with Competency Center Managers and Interviewers, always be ready to support and guide them to make sure the hiring process is impeccable
  • Act not only as a technical recruiter but as a partner, advising, consulting and collaborating
  • Follow documentation and best practices to keep neat processes and fast delivery
  • Recognise flaws and work towards improving them
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy, company and team goals
  • Create and maintain a flawless candidate journey throughout and after the selection process
  • Proactively assist Sales and Delivery teams in market research, recruitment data and insights

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Full recruitment cycle management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong candidate negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth understanding of hiring metrics: time to hire, time to fill, time to revenue, offer acceptance rate, etc
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and literacy to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes
  • Strong business acumen, ability to analyse and interpret market trends in the IT industry to stay ahead in sourcing top talent
  • Deeply embedded in the Hungarian IT market, aware of key suppliers, market prices, terms
  • Strong networking skills and ability to create sourcing strategies (hackathons, etc), and leverage specialised platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow)
  • Strong project management skills showcasing flexibility, prioritisation and on-time delivery to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in AI and its use in the recruitment process
