About the role

You will be joining Zenitech’s IT support team as the Team lead with senior-level technical skills and experience. Based out of the Infopark offices in Budapest you will join a distributed-multicultural team of engineers working on high-impact projects.

You will carry out system administration (operational, admin, system administrator) and help desk activities.

What you will do

  • Manage the IT Support team both technically and also from a people perspective
  • Represent the team to management
  • Develop and manage Windows infrastructure
  • Ensure Network Security and Connectivity
  • Monitor network performance
  • Manage vendors, outsources, suppliers, and contractors for software or hardware products or services
  • Fully support and update Windows Servers
  • Administrate M365 
  • Regularly inspect, report faults, and troubleshoot hardware equipment and software components
  • Be the escalation for user activities and handling IT security-related user incidents;
  • Keep inventory management up to date
  • Manage Active Directory
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot internally used applications
  • Provide Windows and MacOS User Support through phone and internal ticketing system
  • Create and maintain documentation in English
  • Closely cooperate with the international IT Operations team
  • Manage local ISO, support the global certification like Cyber Essentials, compliance with GDPR, DORA, NIS2, etc
  • Be Responsible for local cyber security

Skills and qualities we appreciate
  • Min. 5 years of experience administering Windows infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of Windows Servers and domain environment
  • Min. 5 years of experience administering M365 environments
  • SCCM/INTUNE experience
  • Working in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud solutions)
  • Google Workspace administration experience
  • Experience in Powershell scripts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player and leading skills
  • Good mitigator and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Openness, innovative spirit
  • Experience contributing to the work of cross-functional teams to ensure that internal users’ needs are being met throughout the deliverable/scope of work
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong passion for technology
  • Good command of English and Hungarian and can communicate fluently, orally and in writing, presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
